The essence of chaos (periodicity)

Regarding things that do not have periodicity (Chaos), is it the essence that they do not have periodicity?
Although there is a certain degree of self-similarity, there is a theory that it cannot be judged depending on the scope. What do you think about the essence of financial charts in that case?

According to this interpretation (Suzuki theory), chaos has a strong one-time occurrence and is not repeated, so the answer is "does not have (cannot define) essence"?
(The answer "the essence of not having essence" may also be possible.)
Regarding chaos,
①There is no order in the input (equation)
②There is no order in the output (operation result) ← The result changes every time
If there is a common equation in the case of ②, periodicity (essence) can be found there, but
In the case of ① (when natural uniformity is not maintained), it seems to be completely Chaos and there is no essence (cannot be defined)!
